It’s best to book as early as possible—especially for summer weddings and weekend events, which fill up fast and are usually booked in advance. Most clients book 3 to 6 months in advance, but don’t hesitate to check last-minute availability!

2. What kind of events do you perform at?

Banshee Magic performs at a wide range of events across Ireland, including:

  • Weddings close up magic, stage magic  (ceremonies, receptions, cocktail hours)

  • Private parties (birthdays, anniversaries)

  • Festivals & pop-up events

  • Engagement parties & more

3. What areas in Ireland do you cover?

Banshee Magic is available for bookings nationwide across Ireland, including Dublin, Cork, Galway, Limerick, Kilkenny, Wexford, Waterford, and everywhere in between. Travel fees may apply for remote locations.

4. What type of magic do you perform?

We specialize in close-up magic — also known as walkaround or table magic. This includes sleight-of-hand with cards, coins, borrowed objects, and mentalism (mind reading). It’s personal, interactive, and happens right in front of your guests' eyes.

For larger events we also have stage illusionists and hypnosis shows and mentalism shows. 

5. Is your magic suitable for all ages?

Yes! While the style is sophisticated and modern, the magic is designed to entertain adults and children alike. It’s clean, family-friendly, and tailored to your audience.

6. How long do performances last?

That depends on the size and type of your event. Most wedding bookings range from 1 to 2 hours, typically during the drinks reception or before/after dinner. We’ll tailor the performance length to your schedule.

7. Do you offer packages or custom options?

Absolutely. Every event is unique, so we offer flexible performance packages based on guest count, timing, and your vision. We’ll help you create a magical experience that fits your day perfectly.

8. How do I book or check availability?

9. Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we usually require a small booking deposit to secure your date, with the balance due closer to the event. All details will be provided in your quote.
